This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.


1. Open a new transparent image 950 x 650 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #00284d,
and your background color to #ffffff.



Flood Fill the transparent image your foreground color #00284d.

3. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Buttons &Frames - Button Maker Round.
if you don't find this effect in your Filter, it is in the material



4. Open the tube mentali-misted339 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

5. Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Brightness and Contrast.



6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with color white #ffffff.

7. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask lizzish_easter background.



Layers>Merge>Merge group.

8. Effects>User Defined Filter, select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.



9. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

Layers>Merge>Merge down.

10. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.

11. Open the tube Sudam 462 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 1 time to 70% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

Image>Mirror.
Move the tube at the bottom left.
12. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



13. Open the tube PSPCYBERTUBES-Tube 2011 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 2 times to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom right.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

14. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with color white #ffffff.

15. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and select again the mask mask-lizzish background.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

16. Effects>User Defined Filter, preset Emboss 3.



17. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

18. Set your background color to #4b6781 (foreground color is #00284d).



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



19. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #00284d.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.

20. Activate the Magic Wand Tool
and clic on the white border to select it.

Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.

21. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Seamless - Shift at Wave.



22. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



Selections>Select None.

23. Sign your work and save as jpg.
