This tutorial was written with CorelX19 and translated with CorelX and CorelX17, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

For this tutorial, you will need:
Tubes of yours
The rest of the material qui
The tube of the woman (not supplied) is by MMDesignz (MMC_051a_181010)
The tube of the flowers (not supplied) is by kara (KaraT7574 (1))
Mask of Ildiko (ildiko_create_0007free_mask)
Preset Emboss 3

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.


Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.
Copy the Selections in the Selections Folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.


1. Set your foreground color to the dark color #a71321,
and your background color to the light color #f9cbd4.



2. Open a new transparent image 950 x 650 pixels.

Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Wavy Lab 1.1.
This plugin works with the colors of your Materials palette:
the first is the background color, the second is the foreground color;
keep the other two colors created by the plugin.



3. Open your deco tube and resize it (Image>Resize 463 x 489 pixels).

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



5. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 10.



6. Layers>Merge>Merge down.

7. Effects>Plugins>VM Distortion - Smallpox, default settings.



8. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - Left Right Wrap.



9. Edit>Paste as new layer (your deco tube is still in memory).

K Key to activate the Pick tool
and pull the central nodes to enlarge the tube, about as below.



M Key to deselect the Tool.

10. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light, or as you like.



11. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Set your foreground color to white #ffffff.
Change the opacity of Flood Fill Tool to 50
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

12. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask ildiko_create_0007free_mask.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

13. Image>Mirror.

14. Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.



15. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.



16. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection ©Yedralina_sel355.



17. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

18. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Edit>Paste into Selection.

19. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20.



20. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection ©Yedralina_sel388.



21. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, with the light color or white, as you like.



22. Activate again your deco tube - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

23. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



24. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Lighten.



25. Layers>Merge>Merge down (and you'll get a layer in Normal Blend mode).

26. Effects>Plugins>VM Instant Art - Tripolis, default settings.



27. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection ©Yedralina_sel389.



Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

28. Effects>Edge Effects>Dilate.

29. Edit>Past as new layer (your tube is still in memory).

30. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

31. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Stylize - Zoom Blur.



32. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



33. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

34. Move the image at the upper left, see my example.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 2 times.

35. Activate the top layer.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Move the tube to the left side.



36. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, with the light color or white, as you like.



37. Open your main tube - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if it is necessary, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the right side, see my example.

38. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, settings at your choice.

39. Set again your foreground color to the dark color #a71321.



40. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, light color.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, light color.

41. Activate the Magic Wand Tool
click on the 30 pixels bord to select it.

42. Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, your dark foreground color.



Selections>Select None.

43. Sign your work on a new layer.

44. Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
