This tutorial was written with CorelX19 and translated with CorelX, Corel X3 and CorelX17, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Used colors.

1. Set your foreground color to white #ffffff,
and your background color to dark color #7c120c.

2. Open a new image, background dark color, 950 x 650 pixels.

3. Selections>Select All.

Open your main tube (the couple misted), and go to Edit>Copy.
minimize it: you'll use it again
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.

5. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20.

6. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Blintz.
Edit>Repeat Blintz.

7. Image>Mirror.

8. Again Effects>Plugins>Simple - Blintz - 2 times.

9. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.

10. Again Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.

11. Effects>Plugins>Toadies - What are you, default settings.

12. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance more.

13. Open the tube deco00145©Yedralina - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to the left side.

14. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.

15. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, last settings.

16. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with foreground color #ffffff.

17. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Narah_mask_0939.jpg

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

18. Open the misted by Mina - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom right.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light, opacity 45%, or according to your colors.
For me I have not reduced the opacity.

19. Activate again the couple misted - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube to the left side, see my example.

20. Open the wordart - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move it where you prefer.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen.

21. Activate the background layer.

Attiva il livello di sfondo.
22. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color #7c120c.

Selections>Select All.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, light color #f38260.

23. Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection.

24. Again Selection Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

Selections>Select None.

25. Effects>Plugins>Nik Software - Color Efex Pro - Tonal Contrast.

26. Image>Resize, 950 pixels width, resize all layers not checked.
Sign your work and save as jpg.
