I translated this tutorial with CorelX3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

1. Open a new transparent image 850 x 600 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #7b8eb8,
set your background color to #b53e40.
Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.
Open the tube mary 0312-26 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select none.
4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default setting.
5. Effects>Plugins>Redfield - Water Ripples
select the preset Alighting and ok.
if your version of this plugins doesn't take the preset,
you can copy the settings you see in the screen
6. Effects>Plugins>Virtual Painter - Virtual Painter 4.
Filter: Oil Painting
7. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 10 pixels.
Selections>Invert.
Layers>New Raster layer.
Change the settings of your Gradient, and select Invert
Flood Fill the layer with your gradient.
8. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.
Selections>Select None.
9. Keep the layer Raster 3 selected.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
10. Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic Glass.
11. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
12. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
weave color: foreground color #7b8eb8
gap color: background color #b53e40.
13. Effects>3D Effects>Buttonize.
14. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Greg's Factory Output vol.II - Pool Shadow, default setting.
15. Activate the layer above, Raster 2.
Open the tube CAL-2554-031018 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Erase the watermark.
16. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
17. Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #7b8eb8.
18. Open the tube Easter by Gigi Galvan - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.
19. Adjust>One Step Photo Fix.
20. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
Repeat Drop Shadow, but vertical and Horizontal -13/7
21. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
little note about the watermark:
I don't ask to put watermark on the versions made by my translations.
But if you decide to use the watermark, I would appreciate that my work as translator was also respected.
For that, I added a new watermark to the material.
