This tutorial was written and translated with Psp2022, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Filters Alf's Border FX can be used alone or imported into Filters Unlimited.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon  it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited
You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the selections in the Selection Folder.
1. Choose 4 colors to work.
color 1: #74b3ea
color 2: #177fd3
Color 3: #122866
Color 4: #bed0ea
To begin (for the filter Wavy Lab):
set your foreground color to color 4 #bed0ea,
and the background color to color 3 #122866.
2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 500 pixels.
Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Wavy Lab 1.1.
This filter creates gradients with the colors of your Materials palette.
The first is your background color, the second is your foreground color.
Change the last two colors both with the color 2 #177fd3.
3. Layer>Duplicate.
Effects>Plugins>MuRa's Meister - Pole Trasform 2.1.
4. Effects>Plugins>DSB Flux - Linear Transmission
5. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unilimted 2.0 - Alf’s Border FX - Mirror Bevel, default settings.
6. Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection from Disk
Look for and load the selection 28_CBen1
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - color black #000000.
7. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unilimted 2.0 - Paper Texture - Papyrus, default settings
8. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unilimted 2.0 - Déformation - Explosive Blur, default settings.
9. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.
Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color 4 #bed0ea.
10. Activate the layer Promoted Selection.
Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection from Disk
Look for and load the selection 28_CBen2
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Open Imagem Floral_JPG_CBen26 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Keep selected.
11. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 10
Open Misted Floral28_CBen26 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.
12. Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection from Disk
Look for and load the selection 28_CBen3
Layers>New Raster Layer.
The tube Misted Floral28J_CBen26 is still in memory:
Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
13. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.
14. Layers>Properties>Blend mode: Dissolve>Opacity 100%.
15. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection from Disk
Look for and load the selection 28_CBen4
Set your foreground color to color 1 #74b3ea
and your background color to color 2 #177fd3
Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Rectangular.
Flood Fill  the selection with your Gradient.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
16. Activate your top Layer, Raster 1.
Open the woman's tube Tube28_CBen26 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new Layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary, for the provided tube to 67%, resize all layers not checked.
Move  the tube a little to the left,
and apply the effect to your liking.
17. Ouvrir Decor28_CBen26 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new Layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary, for the provided tube to 57%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube a little to the right,
and apply the effect to your liking.
18. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color 3 #122866.
Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #74b3ea.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color 3 #122866.
Edit>Copy
Selections>Select All.
19. Image>Add Borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste Into Selection.
Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.
20. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unilimted 2.0 - Paper Texture - Papyrus, last settings
Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss, default settings
Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000.
Selections>Select None.
21. Open Título28_CBen26 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new Layer.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 491,00 - Position Y: 75,00, or to your liking.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000.
22. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color 3 #122866.
Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #74b3ea.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color 3 #122866.
22. Open Credit-Tutorial_by CidaBen 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place to your liking.
Don't forget the translator's watermark 
Sign your work and save as jpg.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
