Thanks Cidaben and SIM PSP Group for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial was written and translated with Psp2022, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon  it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited
You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the selection in the Selection Folder.
Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
1. Choose two colors to work.
Foreground: #c42716
Background: #dfb173
color 3: #ffffff
2. Open a new transparent image 850 x 500 pixels.
Flood Fill  the transparent image with your background color #dfb173.
Selections>Select All.
Open Misted27_Circus_of_Joy_CBen26 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste Into Selection.
Selections> Selct None.
3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 20
4. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Déformations - Miroir4 cadrans(hr).
5. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Distortion Effects - Wave.
6. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
weave color: foreground color #c42716
gap color: gap color: background #dfb173.
7. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.
8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling
Effect>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000.
9. Your misted Misted27_Circus_of_Joy_CBen26 is still in memory:
Edit>Paste As New Layer.
Image>Resize, to 72%, resize all layers not checked.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 183,00 - Position Y: -3,00.
or position according to your misted.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
10. Activate again the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to Top.
11. Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel_Circus_CBen
Press CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
12. Effects>Distortion Effects>Punch.
Effect>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, last settings
13. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave.
Adjust>Sharpnes>Sharpen.
14. Your tag and the layers
15. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #c42716.
Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.
Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.
Selections>Select None.
16. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #c42716.
Image>Add Borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, background color #dfb173.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #c42716.
17. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 43 pixels
Selections>Invert.
Effects>Plugins>Toadies - What Are You
18. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
weave color: foreground color #c42716
gap color: gap color: background #dfb173.
Effect>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, last settings
Selections>Select None.
19. Set your foreground color to white #ffffff.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fil the layer with your foreground color #ffffff.
Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
and select the mask NarahsMasks_1789
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
Layers>Properties>General>Blend mode: Luminance(L)>Opacity 50%.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
20. Open the tube Tube27_CircusOfJoy_CBen26 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste As New Layer.
Pick Tool
Position X: 155,00 - Position Y: 108,00.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effect>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, previous settings
21. Open Tube27_Decor_CircusOfJoy_CBen26 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste As New Layer.
Pick Tool
Position X: 551,00 - Position Y: 164,00.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effect>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, previous settings
22. Open Titulo27_Circus_of_Joy_CBen26 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste As New Layer.
Pick Tool
Position X: 352,00 - Position Y: 47,00.
or place to your liking.
23. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #dfb173.
Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Effect>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color #c42716
Selections>Invert.
Effect>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.
Selections>Select None.
24. Open Decor_CircusOfJoy 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.
Colorize, if necessary.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effect>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000.
25. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #c42716
26. Open Credit-Tutorial_by CidaBen 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place  to your liking.
Don't forget the translator's watermark 
Sign your work and save as jpg.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
