This tutorial was translated with PSP09, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Colors:
foreground: #02886f
background: #c34401



color 3 #ffffff.

1. Open Alpha Février Coly
This image, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains a selection saved to alpha channel.

Selections>Select All.

Open your background image image bg.

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

2. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 35.



Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling - Stutter diagonal.



4. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Geometric Effects>Spherize.



Edit>Repeat Spherize.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Multiply.

(note by Colybrix:
or Screen if you prefer a lighter result,
I added my light version under the tutorial)

5. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross shadow, default settings.



6. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection Sélection #1 is immediately available.
You just have to click Load.



Promote Selection to Layer.

7. Layers>New Raster Layerr.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.
Selections>Select None.

8. Activate the layer below, Promoted Selection.

Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic - Glass.



9. Activate again your top layer
Layers>New Raster Layert.
Set your foreground color to white.

Flood Fill the layer with color white.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Narah_Mask_1491



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Set again your foreground color to the first color #02886d.

10. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal (Image>Mirror).
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

11. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Geometric Effects>Circle.



12. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

13. Open the tube mist visage

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as a new layer.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

14. Activate again your top layer.

Open the tube Riet 1212-Tekst cool beauty-030725

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as a new layer.
Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the upper left.

15. Image>Negative Image (Optional).
Colorize if you want.
Note by Colybrix: I used the Change to Target Tool to colorize the text with my foreground color.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color.



16. Activate the layer Raster 1.

Edit>Copy

17. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color

18. Selections>Select All.

Image>Add Borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color white.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, background color.



Selections>Select None.

19. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color.

20. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 35 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert

21. Edit>Paste into Selection - the image in memory from step 16.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 35.



22. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Frame Works.



Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

23. Open the tube Deco papillon

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as a new layer.
Move the tube at the bottom right.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Dodge and reduce the opacity to 80%.

24. Sign your work.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.
Image>Resize, 950 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Save as jpg.
