This tutorial was translated with PSP09, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.
Set you foreground color to #dbf5ef,
and your background color to #093852

1. Open Alpha Opaline
Window>Duplicate or, on the keyboard, shift+D to make a copy.

Close the original.
The copy, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selection saved to alpha channel.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color.
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Canvas,Fine, default settings.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your background color.
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Canvas,Fine, default settings.

2. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Masque tuto

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your background color.
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Canvas,Fine, default settings.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color.
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Canvas,Fine, default settings.

4. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select again the mask Masque tuto

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
5. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection Sélection #1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load.

Press CANC on the keyboard 

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
6. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection sélection 2

The new selection will replace the previous one.
Edit>Copy.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection sélection 3

7. Edit>Paste into Selection
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Duplicate.
8. Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Image>Resize, to 90%, resize al layers not checked.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.

9. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 40.

Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow.

10. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Textures - Swirl.

11. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Papier kasy 1, default settings.

if you don't find this effect in your Unlimited Filter, I added it in the material
Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 25 pixels.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.
Selections>Select None.
12. Open the deco tube coin 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
The tube is at its place.
If you use other colors, change the Blend Mode to Luminance (legacy).
13. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, light color (or white).
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, light color (or white).
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, light color (or white).
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color.
14. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, light color (or white).
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, background color.

Selections>Select None.
15. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 54 pixels.
Selections>Invert.
16. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow.

17. Effects>3D Effects>Buttonize - dark color.

Selections>Select None.
18. Open your woman's tube femme1065-coly 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 88%, resize all layers not checked.
Place correctly the tube.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice; for me, with the background color.

Sign your work.
19. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Resize, 950 pixels width, resize all layers checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Save as jpg.
