This tutorial was translated with PSP09, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Copy the preset in the Presets Folder.
Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
Set your foreground color to #213a3f,
and your background color to #a5ddde.

1. Open a new transparent image 950 x 600 pixels.
Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Cloud, default settings.

Remember that this filter works with the colors of your material palette,
but it keeps in memory the first setting used after the the opening of Psp.
So, if you have already used the plugin, press Reset to be sure to have your colors.
The result of this effects is random, so it won't be the same as mine.
If you want to change the appearance of the clouds, click on the preview window,
until you'll see the result you like better.
2. Effects>Plugins>Dsb Flux - Linear Transmission.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
3. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

4. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 65%

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
6. Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.

7. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow.

8. Set your background color to white.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask NarahsMasks_1830

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).
9. Open deco 1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
Pick Tool (K) 
Position X: -32,00 - Position Y: -28,00.

10. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal (Image>Mirror).
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).
Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.
Pick Tool (K) 
Position X: 686,00 - Position Y: -36,00.

11. Open deco 2 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 45%, resize all layers not checked.
Pick Tool (K) 
Position X: 182,00 - Position Y: 7,00.

12. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal (Image>Mirror).
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Pick Tool (K) 
Position X: 683,00 - Position Y: 251,00.

13. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color.

14. Open deco 3 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy) and reduce the opacity to 70%.
15. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Edit>Copy
16. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, dark foreground color.
Selections>Select All.
Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color white.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color.

17. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color white.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection (your background in memory).
18. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.

19. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color white.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color.

Selections>Select None.
20. Open your main tube 449-Orient21_Tsha 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
For the supplied tube: Image>Resize, 92%, resize all layers not checked.
Pick Tool (K) 
Position X: 395,00 - Position Y: 8,00.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.
21. Sign your work.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, dark foreground color.
Image>Resize, 1000 pixels width, or to your liking, resize all layers checked.
Save as jpg.
