This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX9 and 2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
Pay attention to the tube dimensions; mine is 346 x 332 pixels.
1. Open a new image black 800 x 500 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #219ad2,
and your background color to black

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color.
3. Effects>Plugins>Xero - Fritillary.

4. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask claire_masque_style2.jpg.

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
5. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color.
7. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Feather - 100 pixels.

Selections>Invert.
Press 10 times CANC on the keyboard 

Selections>Select None.
8. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen.

9. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
Minimize your work for a moment.
10. We are going to work on the tube.
Open the tube PatryTube_06_Beauty_77 
Edit>Copy.
Edit>Paste as new image.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color.
Effects>Plugins>Xero - Fritillary, last settings.
Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
11. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your black background color.
12. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 3 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.
13. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
Edit>Copy.
14. Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the image a little to the left.

15. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.

16. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies

The result will not be like mine, because it is random
17. Stay on your top layer.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection anapaula-sel-ef.

Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color.
Selections>Select None.
18. Activate your Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.

Flood Fill the selection with your black background color.
19. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select again the mask claire_masque_style2.

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

20. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
21. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black.
Image>Add Borders, 35 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.
Activate your Magic Wand Tool 
and click in the last border to select it.
Effects>Plugins>Xero - Fritillary

22. Selections>Invert.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Effects>3D Effects>Cutout.

Selections>Select None
23. Open the text Texto 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Position the text to your liking.
if you want, you can use another text or a brush
24. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black.
25. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
