This tutorial was created with PSP2022 and translated with PspX9, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.
Selections>Select All.

2. Open the image EF-Fundo_Feliz_2024

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy



4. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tile & Mirror - Kaleidoscope 3, default settings.



5. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling



6. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



7. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tile & Mirror - Distortion Mirror (Horizontal), default settings



8. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay and reduce the opacity to 63%.



Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

9. Effects>Plugins>[AFS IMPORT] - sqborder2



10. Open the image EF-Misted_Feliz_2024

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 83%, resize all layers not checked.

11. Objects>Align>Left



Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

12. Open the tube mentali-misted2834

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 83%, resize all layers not checked.

13. K key to activate your Pick Tool
and set Position X: 369,00 and Position Y: -46,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

14. Open the image EF-Feliz_2024_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Don't move it.

15. Open the image EF-Feliz_2024_Texto_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text to your liking or see my example.



16. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

17. Effects>Plugins>Mock - Bevel.



18. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy, same settings.



19. Open the image EF-Feliz_2024_Texto_2

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
20. K key to activate your Pick Tool
and set Position X: 455,00 and Position Y: 384,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

Layers>Duplicate.

21. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #000000 or #ffffff.

Edit>Copy

22. Selections>Select All.

Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.

23. Selections>Invert.

Edit>Paste into Selection (the image of step 20).

24. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 50.



25. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



26. Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes



Selections>Select None.

27. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #000000 or #ffffff.

28. Sign your work and save as jpg.
