This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Set your foreground color to #409299,
and your background color to #ffffff



Open a new transparent image 900 x 550 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color.

2. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



3. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 15.



4. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Funhouse - Moire Mirror, default settings



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

5. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.

Open EF-Lori_Rhae_Texture

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

6. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay
Author's note: in my second version I dit Hard Light



Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

7. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2 - Vm Distortion - Distortion by Saturation, default settings



8. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Multiply (or Hard Light)
and reduce the opacity to 69%.



Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

9. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood fill the layer with your background white color.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask EF-Merlot_Mask



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

10. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Blintz
Edit>Repeat Blintz

Cet effect works without window; here below the result after the two applies.



11. Effects>Plugins>Graphic Plus - Quick Tile II, default settings



Edit>Repeat Quick Tile II.

12. Open the tube EF-Lori_Rhae_Deco_1

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

13. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



14. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



15. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color #409299.



16. Open the tube Image1Japanese Beauty_LR-06-19-09.pspimage

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Adjust>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask



17. Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Brightness and Contrast.



Layers>Duplicate.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 15.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

18. Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic Glass



19. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

20. Activate your top layer.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



21. Activate the layer Raster 2.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Canvas Fine, default settings.



22. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #409299.
Selections>Select All.

Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color #cee0e1 .
Selections>Invert.

23. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Texture - Papyrus, default settings



Selections>Invert.

24. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



25. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 5 pixels.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



Selections>Select None.

26. Open the text texte EF-Lori_Rhae_Texto

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position the text to your liking.

27. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #fde798.



28. Sign your work and save as jpg.
