This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.
1. Open a new transparent image 800 x 500 pixels.
Set your foreground color to #ff4541
and your background color to #000000

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.
2. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Melancholytron

3. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Natural - Acid Rain

4. Effects>Plugins>Transparency - Eliminate Black
5. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - DC Special - Edger

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Darken.

6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color.
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Clock_Relogio_by_DuDz23

Layers>Duplicate - 4 times.

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
7. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color.

8. Layers>Duplicate.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Lighten (or other according to your colors)

9. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss

10. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
Edit>Copy
11. Image>Add Borders, 45 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Activate your Magic Wand Tool 
and click in the white border to select it.
Edit>Paste into Selection - the image of step 10.
12. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 50.

Selections>Select None.
13. Open Deco1 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
Edit>Copy
14. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection - the image of step 13.
Image>Mirror>Mirror horizontal.
Selections>Select None.
15. Open the tube Femme_388_by Lily 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to the left side.
16. Open the texte Texto 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text at the bottom right.
17. Sign your work on a new layer.
18. Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
