This tutorial was written with PSPX8 and translated with PSPX7 and PSPX3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.


In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

(Don't forget to erase the watermarks)

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Set your foreground color to #9fc2e9,
and your background color to #1c176e.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Radial.



1. Open a new transparent image 800 x 500 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

Selections>Select All.

Open the tube of the man and go to Edit>Copy.
Minimize the tube.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

2. Effects>Reflexion Effects>Kaleidoscope



Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 30.



Effects>Plugins>Filters Factory Gallery D - Tri-Tile.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

Effects>Distortion Effects>Ripple.



3. Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.

Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates



4. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

5. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with your background color.

Selections>Select None.

6. Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Activate the layer above, Promoted Selection.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy)
and reduce the opacity to 60%.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

7. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass.
Glass color: background color



Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.

Objects>Align>Left
Objects>Align>Top
If you're working with a previous version that does not make the Objects menu available, activate your Pick Tool
and set Position X and Y to 0,00





8. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.

9. Activate the bottom layer.

Custom Selection



Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.

Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



Keep selected.
Change if necessary the color, according to your landscape.

10. Open the landscape tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place the tube on the selection at your choice.
Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard

11. Selections>Invert.
Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders.



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color to white
Flood Fill the selection with color white.

Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



12. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -10.

Selections>Select None.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.
Close this layer for the moment,
and activate the bottom layer.



13. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your white foreground color.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Narah_Mask_1145.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Image>Free Rotate - 90 degrees to right.



Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

14. Objects>Align>Left,
or activate your Pick Tool
and set Position X to 0,00





Again activate your Pick Tool ,
and push the right central node to the left, until 200 pixels.



Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

15. Open again the closed layer,
and activate your bottom layer.



Edit>Copy.

Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color
Selections>Select All.
Image>Add borders, 46 pixels, symmetric, color white.
Selections>Invert.

Edit>Paste into Selection.

16. Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes.



Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Repeat Drop Shadow, horizontal -20.



Selections>Select None.

Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.
Select the preset Black with White Shadow and change width with 10



18. Activate again the man tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 65%, resize all layers not checked.

Pick Tool
and set Position X: 540,00 and Position Y: 32,00



Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



19. Open the tube Titre and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place the text at your choice.

Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.

20. Sign your work and save as jpg.
