Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Set your foreground color to #005796,
and your background to white #ffffff.



2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 500 pixels.

3. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Wavy Lab 1.1.
This filter creates gradients with the colors of your Materials palette.
The first is your background color, the second is your foreground color.
Change the last two colors created by the filtre:
the third color with #87a6c5 and the forth color with #c0c0c0.



4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



5. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Distortion Effects>Waves



6. Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective horizontal



7. Image>Mirror.
Repeat Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective Horizontal, same settings.



8. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flexify 2.



9. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Nature - Snow Drift,
select the preset Preset_Snow Drift_Feli and ok.
Here below the settings, in case of problems with the preset.



10. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Backlight.
Select the preset Backlight_feli and ok.



11. K key to activate your Pick Tool
and set Position X: -62,00 and Position Y: 1,00.



12. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the circle to select it.

13. Selection>Modify>Expand - 2 pixels.
Activate the layer Raster 1.
Selections>Promote Selection to layer.

14. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Open the landscape tube malakatube(1)

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

15. Layers>Duplicate (optional, according your tube).
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Selections>Select None.

16. Activate the layer above, Copy of Raster 1.



Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.



17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



18. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.

19. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - AFS IMPORT - Win_030.



20. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy) and reduce the opacity to 20%.



21. Activate your top layer.

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the right side, see my example.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

22. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image

Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Set Position X: 322,00 and Position Y: 67,00.



28. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

29. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #005796.
Image>Add borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, background color #ffffff.

34. Repeat Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



35. Open déco 4

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Set Position X: 9,00 and Position Y: 11,00.



36. Sign your work on a new layer.

37. Image>Resize, 950 pixels width, resize all layers checked.
