This tutorial was translated with PSPX, PSPX2, PSPX3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Copy the Selections in the Selections Folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Choose 2 colors from your material;
set your foreground color to the light color; for me #fdb757
and your background color to the dark color; for me #a13a0d



Open a new transparent image 1000 x 650 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your dark color.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your light color.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask sharlimarMask86-vi



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

2. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection holiday at the sea



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Take advantage of the window that opens to rename the layer Misted 1



Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

Open your first background tube, for me mentali-misted1000

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Keep selected.

Layers>New Raster Layer, and rename the layer Misted 2

Open the next tube, for me mentali-misted212

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

3. **Layers>New Raster Layer, and rename the layer Misted 3

Open the next tube, for me mentali-misted514

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.**

Repeat three more times from ** to ** with three more background tubes.

When you are done (keep always selected):



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Effects>3D Effects>Cutout.



Activate the top layer of the mask.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection holiday at the sea-1



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your dark color.

4. Effects>Plugins>[AFS IMPORT] - sqborder2



Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



Selections>Select None.

Activate the mask layer.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



Close the layer from Misted 2 to Misted 6



5. Activate your top layer.
Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
Edit>Paste as new layer.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



Activate the layer Raster 1.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Hemp Paper 2, default settings.



6. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load again the selection holiday at the sea



Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 5.



Selections>Select None.

Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame



Activate the top layer, Raster (the Mura effects)
Repeat the Foto Frame Effect.

Open your tube, for my example femmes_0296_lisat

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Move the tube to the right, or to your liking.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

Add your deco tube to your liking.



Sign your work on a new layer.

If you want, you may resize your work before doing the animation:
Image>Resize, to your liking, resize all layers checked.

7. Animation

Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Open Animation Shop and go to Edit>Paste>Paste as new animation.

Go back to PSP.
Close the layer misted 1 and open the layer misted 2
Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Go back to Animation Shop amd go to Edit>Paste>Paste after the current frame.

8. Go back to PSP.
Close the layer misted 2 and open the layer misted 3
Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Go back to Animation Shop amd go to Edit>Paste>Paste after the current frame.

Repeat until the layer Misted 6
and you'll get an animation composed by 6 frames.

9. Edit>Select All.
Animation>Frame Properties and set to 200.

Check the result en clicking on View Animation
and save as gif.
