BALLET

Thanks Joanne for the invitation to translate your tutorials:
This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
2. Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels.
Selections>Select All.
2. Open the landscape image and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
(I resized to 105% to remove the black frame;
after Selections>Select All and Image>Crop to Selection).
3. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 10.

4. Effects>Illumination Effects>Lights.

in the tutorial only the light point setting 1 is indicated,
and it is not indicated whether or which light points are active.
If you don't like the result, adjust the settings to your liking.
For the other light points, I left the existing settings from previous tutorials,
