This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.


Copy the Selection in the Selections folder.

1. Set your foreground color to #c5370b,
and your background color to #1f0701.



2. Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels,
Flood Fill with your background color.

3. Image>Add borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.

4. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click on the 40 pixels border to select it.

5. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Texture Frame.



6. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

7. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross shadow, default settings.



Repeat the Plugin another time.
Selections>Select None.

8. Save the image en jpg with the name "frame".

9. Edit>Copy.

10. Open Animation Shop and go to Edit>Paste>Paste as new animation.

11. Edit>Duplicate and repeat until you'll get an animation composed by 15 frames.
or, faster, on the top toolbar click 5 times on Duplicate icon



and delete the two extra frames (because you'll have an animation consisting of 17 frames).

Click on the first frame to select it and go to Edit>Selection All.
Minimize the frame for a moment and go back to PSP.

12. Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels.
Selections>Select All.

13. Open the image "Matices" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

14. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Selection_Joanne_Luminescence.



15. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

16. Open the man's tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to the left side.

17. Open the horse's tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Mirror.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the right side.



18. Sign your work on a new layer.
little note about the watermark:
I never ask to put watermark on the versions made by my translations.
But if you decide to use the watermark supplied by the author (to change in Soft Light),
I would appreciate that my work as translator was respected too.
For that, I added my watermark to the material (a layer for every language that I translate).

19. Activate the bottom layer.
Edit>Copy.
Go back to Animation Shop and go to Edit>Paste>Paste as new animation.
Stay on this image.

20. Effects>Insert Image Effect - Rotate Colors



21. And you'll get an animation composed by 15 frames.

Edit>Select All.
Edit>Copy.

22. Activate the frame you left on hold already selected
Edit>Paste>Paste into selected frame.
or, click on the corresponding icon on the top toolbar



When you are sure that you have positioned the image correctly in the center of the frame,
click with the left mouse button



23. Go back to PSP.
Close your bottom layer.
Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

24. Again go back to Animation Shop and go to Edit>Paste>Paste as new image.

On the top toolbar click before on Copy and after on Propagate Paste



25. Activate your frame with the fractal and go to Edit>Paste>Paste into selected frame.

Click with the left mouse button when you are sure you have found the correct position.

if you find it difficult to use this method,
duplicate the frames as you did before with the frame in step 10


26. Animation>Frame Properties and set the delay to 15.



27. Check your result clicking on View animation
and save as gif.
