This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

1. Set your foreground color to #026552.



2. Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with the orange color.

3. Change the foreground color to #2053aa.



4. Open the fruits tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Layers>Duplicate, and close this layer.

5. Activate the layer below of the original.
Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur.



Edit>Repeat Motion Blur.

6. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



7. Effects>Plugins>Sapphire 03 - Plugin 0238, default settings.



8. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flexify 2.



9. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



10. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Emboss.



11. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood - color #fe6c0d.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Difference.

12. Open and activate the layer above of the copy.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow.



13. Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

14. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood - change Horizon with 66 and ok.



Move the image a little lower.

15. Open the woman tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube as below.



16. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



17. Sign your work on a new layer.
If you add the author watermark (to put in mode Soft Light),
don't forget to add also the translator watermark.

18. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

19 Image>Add borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, blue color.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, green color.
Image>Add borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, blue color.

20. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click on the two 2 pixels borders to select them.

21. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



Selections>Select None.

22. Select the 40 pixels border with your Magic Wand Tool

Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



23. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

24. Save as jpg.
