This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

1. Set your foreground color to #566069,
and your background color to #ced8e3.



2. Open a new transparent image 800 x 600 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your dark foreground color.

3. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow



4. Layers>Duplicate - 3 times.
Close the two top layers and activate the layer of the first copy.



5. Effects>Plugins>VM Natural - Legoland.



6. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass.
Select the preset Clear No Drop Shadow and ok.



7. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



8. Open and activate the layer above of the second copy.

Effects>Plugins>VM Natural - Legoland.



9. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



10. Activate your Pick Tool ,
in mode Scale
pull the top central node down until 400 pixels
(if you don't see the Rules go to View>Rules)



11. Open the landscape tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 140%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

12. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

13. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

14. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



15. Open and activate the top layer.

Effects>Plugins>VM Natural - Legoland.



16. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass, same settings.



17. Effects>Distortion Effects>Warp.



18. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flexify 2.
Attention: Flip is checked.



19. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

20. Image>Flip.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



21. Open the girl tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

22. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -5.

23. Sign your work on a new layer.

If you add the author watermark (to put in mode Soft Light),
don't forget to add also the translator watermark.

24. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

25. Set your foreground color to #191a1b.

Image>Add borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, light gray color.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #191a1b.
Image>Add borders, 4 pixels, symmetric, light gray color.

26. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the 40 pixels border to select it.

27. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



28. Effects>Plugins>Graphics plus - Cross Shadow, same settings.



Selections>Select None.

29. Save as jpg.
