Thanks SIM PSP Group for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial was written and translated with Psp2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon  it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited
You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

1. Set your foreground color to the dard color #613654,
and your background color to the dark color #cdadbc.
2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 550 pixels.
3. Flood Fill  the transparent image with your dark foreground color #613654.
4. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.
Flood Fill the layers with your Gradient.
5. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles
6. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave.
7. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Selections>Select All.
Selections>Float.
Selections>Defloat.
8. Selections>Modify>Contract - 30 pixels.
9. Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 30 pixels.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer
Selections>Select None.
10. Chiudi i livelli Promoded Selection and Promoted Selection 1.
Activate the layer Raster 2.
11. Effects>Plugins>Tramages - Tow the Line
12. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - color #000000.
13. Open and activate the layer Promoted Selection.
14. Effects>Artistic Effects>Haltfone
15. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - color #000000.
16. Open and activate the layer Promoted Selection 1.
Effects>Plugin>Flaming Pear - Flexify 2
17. Image>Free Rotate - 90 degrees to left
18. Image>Resize - to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
19. K key to activate your Pick Tool 
Position X: 450,00 - Position Y: 54,00.
20. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
21. Effects>Plugins>Carolaine and Sensibility - CS-LDots
22. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - color #000000
23. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged
24. Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, dark foreground color #613655.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, light background color #cdacbc.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, dark foreground color #613655.
Image>Add Borders, 8 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, dark foreground color #613655.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, light background color #cdacbc.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, dark foreground color #613655.
25. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection - the image copied at step 23 is in memory.
26. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 15.
Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - color #000000
Selections>Invert.
27. Effects>Plugins>Carolaine and Sensibility - CS-LDots:
Selections>Select None.
28. Open your main tube LeniDiniz-2100-2mulheres 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary, for the supplied tube to 95%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Move  the tube to the right side.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.
29. Open titulo_leni_sensibilidadee 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Pick Tool
Position X: 200,00 - Position Y: 149,00.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - dark foreground color #613655.
30. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark foreground color #613655.
31. Sign your work and save as jpg.
