Thanks SIM PSP Group for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial was written and translated with Psp2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Filters Graphics Plus and Simple can be used alone or imported into Filters Unlimited.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon  it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited
You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the preset Emboss 4 in the Presets Folder
1. Choose 2 colors to work
For the example:
Set your foreground color to the color #cda92f,
and your background color to #ffffff.
Note: The background color should be much lighter than the foreground color,
preferably the color #ffffff (white).
Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Backgroudn Gradient, style Radial.
2. Open Alpha Channel_Soft Touch.
This image, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains a selection saved to alpha channel.
Flood Fill  the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Effects>Plugins>Caroline and Sensibility - CS_Texture.
4. Effects>User Defined Filter - Emboss 4.
5. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.
6. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - Blintz
7. Effects>Plugin>Grafics Plus - Horizontal Mirror.
8. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip)
9. Layers>Properties>General>Blend Mode>Multiply - Opacity>100%
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
10. Effects>Plugin>Grafics Plus - Horizontal Mirror.
11. Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection leni #1 is immediately available.
You just have to click Load.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer
Selections>Select None.
12. Effects>Distortion Effects>Pinch.
13. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.
14. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset
15. Layers>Duplicate.
Repeat Effects>Image Effects>Offset, same settings
16. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black #000000.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #cda930.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black #000000.
17. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders - 35 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
18. Change the settings of your Radial Gradient
Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.
Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
19. Effects>Plugins>AP Lines - Lines Silverlinings - Dotty Grid
20. Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000.
Selections>Select None.
21. Open your main tube LeniDiniz-2453mulheres 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary - for the provided tube to 56%, resize all layers not checked.
Objects> Align> Right.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.
This step is optional
22. Open the flower's tube LeniDiniz_363misted-flores 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary - for the provided tube to 52%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Move  the tube to the left side.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.
23. Open Titulo_SoftTouch 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 90,00 - Position Y: 219,00
or at your choice
I didn't add the flower in my second version;
my settings
Position X: 169 - Position Y: 219,00
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #f5eed8.
in my second version I used color white #ffffff
24. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color black #000000.
25. Edit>Copy the watermark Credit-Tutorial_byLeniDiniz,
without forgetting the translator's one
Move to your liking.
26. Sign your work and save as jpg.
