This tutorial was created with PSPX9 and translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Copy the preset palco and Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.

1. Set your foreground color to #233859,
and your background color to #d4eefa.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.



2. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.
Selections>Select All.

3. Open the background image Blue Christmas Paper (8)

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

4. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.

5. Selections>Select All.

Open your main tube Blue Christmas Tubes 1(3)

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



6. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



7. Effects>Plugins>VM Natural - Weave Distortion



Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.



8. Effects>Plugins>VM Natural - Speed, default settings.



9. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Quick Tile I, default settings.



10. Effects>Distortion Effects>Warp.



11. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Emboss (light), default settings.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Multiply.



12. Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.

Edit>Paste as new layer.

13. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance 0 and feather 60.
and click in the transparent part to select it.

Press +/-6 times CANC on the keyboard

Selections>Select None.

don't forget to set again the feather to 0

Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, same settings.



Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.



Change the Blend Mode to Screen.



14. Open space_hole_by_paulinemoss-d71vqf6

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

It is at his place; optional close the layer to see better.



15. Activate again your main tube Blue Christmas Tubes 1(3) and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

16. Ouvrir Blue Christmas Element (63)

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Move the tube to the left side.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

17. Open Blue Christmas Element (111)

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

18. Open Blue Christmas Element (87)

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the right side.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

19. Open Blue Christmas Element (88)

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Move the tube to the right.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.



20. Activate your top layer Raster 5.

Open Blue Christmas Element (102)

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Objects>Align>Top.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

21. Layers>Duplicate.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian blur - radius 10.



Change the Blend Mode to Dissolve and reduce the opacity +/-59%.

22. Activate the layer below, Raster 10.
Layers>Arrange>Bring to top.
Change the Blend Mode to Overlay.



23. Open Renee_TUBES-Fetes-2022-8.pspimage (the stars are selected)

or the tube estrelas selecionadas_Renee

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Activate your Pick Tool
and set Position X: 295,00 and Position Y.: 378,00.



Layers>Duplicate.
Objects>Align>Top.

Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

25. Activate your bottom layer, Raster 1.

Effects>Illumination Effects>Lights
Select the preset palco and ok.



26. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Background Designer IV> @Night Shadow, default settings.



Layers>Duplicate.
Change the Blend Mode to Overlay.

27. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, light color.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color.

Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.

Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.

Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, dark color.

28. Effects>Plugins>AAA Filters - Custom - click on Landscape and ok.



29. Open Renee_TUBES-Fetes-2022-6 (blue text)

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text at the upper right, or to your liking.

30. Image>Resize, 1024 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Sign your work and save as jpg.
