Thanks Luz Cristina for your invitation to translate your tutorials into english
This tutorial, created with PSP9, was translated with PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 900 pixels.
2. Set your foreground color to #b1ab99,
and your background color to #34312a.

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.

4. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.
5. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.

Selections>Select None.
6. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.

7. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Blintz

8. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.

9. Effects>Geometric Effects>Cylinder horizontal.

10. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
11. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.

12. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.

13. Repeat Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, last settings.

14. Activate your top layer, Raster 2.

Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 2 times.

15. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.

16. Effects>Plugins>Virtual Painter - Virtual Painter 4.

17. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.

18. Layers>Duplicate.
19. Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates

20. Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
21. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.

22. Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light (optional).

23. Activate the layer Raster 2.
Effects>Distortion Effects>Pixelate.

24. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss, default settings.

25. Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, same settings.

26. Open the misted misted-LuzCristina 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
27. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.

28. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.

29. Open the woman's tube 7534-Luz Cristina 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to the left side.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings, or to your liking.
30. Open the tube Deco 47-Luz Cristina 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to the right side.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, same settings, or to your liking.
31. Open the texte texto 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the test down, see my example.
32. Image>Add borders, 3 pixels, symétrique, couleur foncée.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, light color.
Image>Add borders, 55 pixels, symmetric, dark color.
33. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame, same settings.

34. Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers checked.
35. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, light color.
36. Sign your work and save as jpg.
