This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 900 pixels.

2. Selections>Select All.

Open the jpg landscape paisaje

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Effects>Plugins>Virtual Painter - Virtual Painter 4.
Filter: Oil Painting - Material: Canvas (Fine)



4. Effects>Plugins>Artistiques - Pastels
if you use the english version (the result doesn't change):
Effects>Plugins>Artistic - Rough Pastels



5. Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



6. Edit>Copy.
Edit>Paste as new image, and we have a bar



Go back to your work.
Selections>Select None.

Edit>Paste as new layer (the barre is still in memory).

7. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



8. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



9. Effects>Distortion Effects>Warp



10. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



11. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



12. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



13. Effects>Geometric Effects>Spherize.



14. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



15. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss.



16. Activate the layer Raster 1.

Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood.



17. Activate your bottom layer.

Open the tube Tube-de-LuzCristina

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the bottom left.

18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



19. Open the text Texto

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text to your liking.

20. Open the tube pajaros

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube at the upper left.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal (Image>Mirror).

21. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #14554b.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #d9cf86.
Image>Add borders, 60 pixels, symmetric, color #14554b.

22. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the last border to select it.

Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



23. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Blend Emboss



24. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



25. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel, same settings.



Selections>Select None.

26. Image>Resize, to 84%, resize all layers checked.

Sign your work and save as jpg.
