This tutorial, created with PSP2022, was translated with PspX7, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 900 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #d79937,
and your background color to #071776.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linéaire.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Selections>Select All.

Open the misted 7957-Luz Cristina

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



5. Effects>Plugins>Toadies - Plain Mosaic Blur.



6. Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur.



7. Effects>Plugins>Filter Factory Gallery B - Button Deluxe, default settings.



8. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



9. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.



10. Edit>Copy

11. Activate your Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



12. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Edit>Paste into Selection.

13. Selections>Modify>Select Selections Borders.



14. Change the settings of your Gradient.



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.

15. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
weave color: foreground color
gap color: background color



16. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



18. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



19. Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 2 times.



20. Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates.



21. Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).

22. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.



Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

23. Activate the layer Raster 1.

Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



24. Effects>Plugins>Artistiques - Étalement.
If you use the english version of this filter (the result doesn't change):
Effects>Plugins>Artistic - Smudge Stick



25. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



26. Adjust>Brightness and Contrast - Clarify (optional).



in the new versions of PSP you do not find this effect;
from the Adjust menu choose the effect that suits you best.

27. Activate your top layer.

Activate again the misted 7957-Luz Cristina
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

28. Open the texte texto

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Place correctly the text.

29. Optiona: Activate the layer Raster 2.



Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.

30. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, light color.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, dark color.
Image>Add Borders, 55 pixels, symmetric, light color.

31. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



32. Sign your work.
Image>Resize, 86% or at your choice; resize all layers checked.
Save as jpg.
