This tutorial, created with PSP9, was translated with PspX9, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 900 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #00ffff,
and your background color to #ff00ff.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Neology - Digital Weaver.



4. Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



5. Stay on this layer.



6. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Weaver.



7. Effects>Distortion Effects>Pinch.



Edit>Repeat Pinch.

8. Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip).

9. Effects>Geometric Effects>Cylinder horizontal.



10. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation Emboss, default settings.



11. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -15.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Effects>Edge Effects>Erode (optional).

12. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

13. Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates.



14. Image>Resize, to 84%, resize all layers not checked.

15. Effects>Plugins>Simple - Top Left Mirror.



16. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, last settings.



Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical et horizontal 15.

18. Open the tube Deco de Cady

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the text at the upper right.

29. Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, rose background color.
Image>Add Borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, blue foreground color.

Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the last border to select it.

Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.

30. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Tone, default settings.



31. Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur, same settings.



32. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



33. Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.



Repeat Drop Shadow, vertical and horizontal -8/-12.



Selections>Select None.

34. Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers checked.

Sign your work and save as jpg.
