This tutorial was translated with PSP 2022, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 900 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #d5a8b6,
and your background color to #5d1625.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tile &Mirror - Kaleidoscope 2, default settings.



4. Selections>Select All.

Open the woman's tube Tube Cady

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Minimize the tube.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

5. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



6. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



7. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.



8. Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective Vertical.

14. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the squares to select them.



Press CANC on the keyboard



Selections>Select None.

18. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.

20. Open the tube Deco

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

21. Repeat Effects>Image Effects>Offset, same settings





22. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



23. Image>Free Rotate - 90 degrees to right.



24. Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur.



Edit>Repeat Motion Blur.

25. Activate your Sharpen Brush Tool with these settings



Hover over the figure to highlight it, but not too much.



26. Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 2 times.

27. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Result



28. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

29. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay or Soft Light, to your liking.

30. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



31. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



32. Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Screen or to your liking.



33. Activate the layer above, Copy of Raster 2.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



34. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

35. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame



36. Repeat Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame width 15.



37. Activate again the Cady's tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, 1 time to 80% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom left.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

38. Sign your work on a new layer.
Image>Resize, to 92%, resize all layers checked.

39. Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
