This tutorial was translated with PSPX9 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here



Copy the texture in the Textures Folder.
Copy the gradient in the Gradients Folder.

Open the masks in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 600 pixels.

Set your foreground color to #cfd2a6,
and your background color to #01414d.



2. Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linéaire.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your gradient.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask mask_TP_23.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

3. Image>Canvas Size - 1000 x 700 pixels.



4. Effects>3D Effects>Chisel - background color #01414d.



5. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Paper Textures - Mineral paper Limestone, default settings.



6. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation emboss, default settings.



7. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the first left frame to select it.

Selections>Modify>Expand - 5 pixels.

8. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Open the first tube - for me Kitty.S-Summerfashion

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

9. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



10. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation emboss, default settings.

11. Again Edit>Paste into Selection (the tube is still in memory).
Selections>Select None.

12. Activate the layer below of the mask.

Select the second frame with your Magic Wand Tool

Selections>Modify>Expand - 5 pixels.

13. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Open the second tube - for me Grace's TLC Blue Crock_Shoes

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

14. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur, same settings.
Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation emboss, default settings.

15. Again Edit>Paste into Selection (the tube is still in memory).
Selections>Select None.

16. Activate the mask's layer.
Select the third frame with your Magic Wand Tool

Selections>Modify>Expand - 5 pixels.

17. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Open your third tube - for me Ginatube femme 1100

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

Adjust>Blur>RAdial Blur, same settings.
Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation emboss, default settings.

Again Edit>Paste into Selection (the tube is still in memory).
Selections>Select None.

18. Activate your top layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times,
and you have the three frames in one layer.



19. Activate the layer below of the mask.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.

Click in the top transparent zone to select it with your Magic Wand Tool
Selections>Modify>Expand - 5 pixels.

20. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Set your foreground color to the Gold Gradient.



Flood Fill the layer with your gold Gradient.

Keep selected.

21. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your background color #01414d.

Selections>Select None.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Dissolve and reduce the opacity to 80%.



22. Activate again the mask's layer.

23. Image>Canvas Size - 1000 x 850 pixels.



Select the bottom transparent part to select it with your Magic Wand Tool

Selections>Modify>Expand - 5 pixels.

24. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Open the tube of the sitting woman Image30Express...

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur, same settings.
Selections>Select None.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

25. Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tools - Saturation emboss, default settings.

26. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask mask-fade-suave.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

For my example I applied the mask another time.
It's up to you to decide, according to your colors.

27. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

Set your foreground color to the initial color (#cfd2a6) and gradient.



Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.

28. Activate the mask's layer Raster 1.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, shadow on new layer checked.



Edit>Repeat Drop Shadow.

29. Stay on the layer of this shadow.



Effects>Texture Effects>Texture - select the texture de textures>Texture Bricks, with these settings.



Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.



30. Edit>Paste as new layer (the sitting woman's tube is still in memory).

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black, shadow on new layer not checked



31. To soften the lower part of the tube:
Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select the mask mask-fade-suave.



Optional: Layers>Duplicate, one or two times, according to your tube
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

32. Blend Mode of the layers to your liking.
For my example I set the Blend Mode of the frames layer to Hard Light.
(for my second version I left Normal)



33. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge visible and save as jpg.
