This tutorial was written by Marcinha with Psp2020 and translated with Psp2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
Copy the preset  in the folder of the plugin Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact>Settings>Glass.
One or two clic on the file (it depends by your settings), automatically the preset will be copied in the right folder.

Copy the Selections in the Selections Folder.
1. Choose your colors to work
Foreground color #812c0f
background color #f3efe0
extra color: #e8c286.
2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 580 pixels.
Flood Fill  the transparent image with your light background color #f3efe0.
Selections>Select All.
3. Open the image 001_MistedFloral_byMarcinhaSIMPSP 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste Into Selection.
Selections>Select None.
4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.
5. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles
6. Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror
7. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel01_Tuto21_byMarcinha
8. Selections>Promote Selection to layer.
Selections>Select None.
Objects>Align>Center in Canvas.

K key to activate your Pick Tool 
Position X: 280,00 - Position Y: 120,00
M key to deselect the Tool.
9. Image>Free Rotate - 45 degrees to left
10. Image>Resize, to 88%, resize all layers not checked.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, dark foreground color #812c0f,
shadow on new layer checked.
11. Layers>Duplicate.
12. Stay on the shadow copy layer, Copy of Promoted Selection Shadow 1.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>Plugins>Carolaine and Sensibility - cs_texture
Repeat Effects>Plugins>Carolaine and Sensibility - cs_texture
13. Activate your top layer, Promoted Selection.
Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel02_Tuto21_byMarcinha
14. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur radius 5
Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, last settings
15. The misted 001_MistedFloral_byMarcinhaSIMPSP is still in memory:
Edit>Paste as New Layer.
16. Image>Resize, if necessary, for the supplied tube to 85%, resize all layers not checked.
Position  and center the image within the selection
and note that some parts of the misted image remain outside the selection.
Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard  to erase those parts outside the selection.
Selections>Select None.
17. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effects>Plugins>FM Tile Tool - Blend Emboss, default settings.
We have this
18. Stay on the layer Raster 2.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.
Objects>Align>Top and Objects> Align> Right.
or Pick Tool
Position X: 441,00 - Position Y: 0,00
M key to deselect the Tool.
19. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
20. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip)
Effects>Plugins>MuRa's Meister - Perspective Tiling
21. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, dark foreground color #812c0f,
shadow on new layer checked.
Layers>Duplicate.
22. Stay on the this layer, Copy (2) of Raster 1 Shadow 1.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>Plugins>Carolaine and Sensibility - cs_texture
23. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Image>Add Borders - 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #812c0f.
Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 10 pixels, symmetric - background color #f3efe0
24. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, dark foreground color #812c0f,
shadow on new layer not checked.
Selections>Select None.
25. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #812c0f.
Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, extra color #e8c286.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #812c0f.
Image>Add Borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, background color #f3efe0
26. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Load/Save Selections>Load Selection From Disk.
Look for and load the selection Sel03_Tuto21_byMarcinha
Flood Fill the selection with your dark foreground color #812c0f.
27. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Glass
select the preset Glass_Tut021_byMarcinha
on Basic set as below
glass color: light background color.
28. Selections>Select None.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - dark foreground color #812c0f.
29. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Vertical (Image>Flip)
30. Open your main tube 121_TubeIA_Personagem 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Image>Resize, to 58%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Position the tube in the center.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - dark foreground color #812c0f
31. Open WordArts_byMarcinha26 
activate the layer with your language
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
32. With your Color Changer Tool 
colorize the text with your dark foreground color.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow - extra color #e8c286
Position the text down in the center.
33. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, extra color #e8c286
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #812c0f
34. Open Credit-Tutorial_byMarcinha
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer,
and position to your liking.

Sign your work and save as jpg.
