This tutorial was written with PSPX2 and translated with PSPX3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here

Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Set your foreground color to #2c75cf,
and your background color to #081974.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Radial



1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.
Selections>Select All.
Open the background image "Fantasy" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Fur.



Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings



Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - VM Stylize - Zoom Blur



Layers>Duplicate.

2. Image>Free Rotate - 90 degrees to right.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color #2c75cf.



Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.

Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Reflection Effects>Feedback.



3. Open the tube "poudre argent_nikki" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

K key on the keyboard to activate your Pick Tool
and set Posizion X: 322,00 and Position Y: 203,00



Open the tube étoile_ nikki and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Set Position X: 388,00 and Position Y: 246,00



M key to deselect the Tool.

4. Activate the layer copy2 of Raster1.



Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Designer sf10I> - Cruncher.



Reduce the opacity of this layer to 60.



5. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Nikki_stella 3



Flood Fill the selection with your initial Gradient (2 click to fill).



Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 3.



Selections>Select None.

Effects>Plugins>Toadies - Ommadawn.



Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



6. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



7. Open the tube of the flowers (!icid_04A09DA0...)
Choose a flower and select it with your Selection Tool
I choose the left big flower (and after I joined the smaller right flower).
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Negative Image.

Layers>Duplicate.
Activate the layer below of the original.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Alf's Power Grads - 2Inverse Diag Grads



Copy/paste as new layer the second flower.
Image>Negative Image.
Layers>Duplicate.
Activate the layer below of the original.
Repeat Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Alf's Power Grads - 2Inverse Diag Grads

Placer rightly the flowers.



Open the tube poupée_chapeau de Thafs and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side

I did: Layers>Duplicate.
On the layer below of the original: Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 30.
Blend mode of this layer to Screen, opacity 80


Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

Open the title Stella and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at your choice or see my example

Open the tube Etoile and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube near the text



Borders

Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #081974.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, white.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, #081974.

Image>Add borders, 25 pixels, symmetric, white.

Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, #081974.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, white.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, #081974.

Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, white.

Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click on the last white border to select it.
Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, background dark color.



Selections>Select None.

Sign your work and save as jpg.
