This tutorial was written with CorelX9 and translated with CorelX3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Copy the selections in the Selections Folder.


Set your foreground color to #ffffff,
and your background color to #cdb797,



1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.
Selections>Select All.
Open the image "R11-Xmas Deco-430" and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



Layers>Merge>Merge All.

2. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white #ffffff.
Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Soft Light.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Background Designer IV> - The Twist tut, default settings.



Effects>Plugins>DSB Flux - Blast



Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #a16b31.



Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Free Rotate - 90 degrees to right



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube R11-Xmas Deco-430 is still in memory).
Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers not checked.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down - 2 times.

Effects>Plugins>Toadies - Weaver, default settings.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

4. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings, but color white #ffffff.



Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

5. Layers>Duplicate.

Edit>Paste as new layer (the tube R11-Xmas Deco-430 is always in memory).
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur



Edit>Repeat Motion Blur.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

Effects>Plugins>Italian Editors Effects - Effetto Fantasma, default settings



Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling - Side by side.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

6. Open the tube déco-Nikki_neige and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

K key on the keyboard to activate the Pick Tool
and set Position X: 0,00 and Position Y: 418,00.



Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection Nikki_2018.



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with color white #ffffff.
Selections>Select None.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

Activate the layer below.

Open the tube Graph Sabine Design_Tubes and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Erase the moon.

Set Position X: 95,00 and Position Y: 228,00.



For me:



Activate the layer below.

Open the tube Sat_white_winter - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube as below



Activate the top layer.

Open the tube sapin 1 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube to the right side



Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

Open the house tube - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the house at the bottom right



Open the tube Lize_KW - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Resize, to 75%, resize all layers not checked.

Move at the upper left

Open the tube Susler - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 2 times to 75%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube at the bottom left.



Open the tube lune - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move it at the upper right.

Open the tube Deco_nikki_flocons - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.

6. Borders:

Selections>Select All.
Edit>Copy.
Selections>Select None.

Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color #cdb797
Image>Add borders, 7 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color #cbd797.

Selections>Select All.

Image>Add borders, 35 pixels, symmetric, colore white #ffffff.

Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection.

Effects>Plugins>DSB Flux - Blast - same settings - 2 times

Selections>Select None.

Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color #cdb797.
Image>Add borders, 7 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color #cdb797.

Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, colore white #ffffff.

Activate the Magic Wand Tool
and click on the 50 pixels border to select it.

Edit>Paste into Selection.

Effects>Plugins>Toadies - Sucking Toad Bevel I.



Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Tile & Mirror - Mirrored & Scaled.



Selections>Select None.

Open the text and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the text at the top.

Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, dark color #cdb797.

Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
