This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Open the mask and the pattern in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 650 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #547894,
and your background color to #ecf1ed.



3. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Cloud, default settings.



4. Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds, background color.



5. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Pole Transform.



6. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the circle to select it.

7. Selections>Modify>Select Selection Borders.



8. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the selection with your foreground color #547894.

9. Effects>Plugins>Cybia Screenworks - Close Knit



Selections>Select None.

10. Click again in the circle with your Magic Wand Tool
Selections>Modify>Expand - 3 pixels.

11. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color #547894.

12. Open the tube paisaje 270 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Selections>Select None.

13. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

14. Image>Canvas Size - 1000 x 800 pixels.



15. Effects>Plugins>Flaming Pear - Flood.



16. Activate your Smudge Tool with this settings



apply the brush from left to right smoothly to blur the border created by the Flood effect



17. Apply 2 times the chosen mask to blend the background;
I chose - and added in the material - the mask mask-fade-suave.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the chose mask.



Layers>Duplicate, to apply the mask 2 times.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

19. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color #547894.

20. Activate your top layer.

Open the tube calguiscouple and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side.

21. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



22. Open the tube logane_cigogne and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Mirror.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the right side.



23. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



24. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
