This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
Copy the preset in the folder of the plugins Alien Skin Eye Candy 5.
One or two clic on the file (it depends by your settings), automatically the preset will be copied in the right folder.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 800 pixels.

2. Selections>Select All.

3. Open the image paper006 by Elfairy and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

Selections>Select None.

4. Open the tube CAL-1187-090316, erase the watermark, and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance (legacy).

5. Set your foreground color to white #ffffff.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

6. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Narah_Mask_1149.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

7. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling - Side by side.



8. Reduce the opacity of this layer to 70%.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen More.

9. Open the tube MR_Beautiful Mermaid by Maryse, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

10. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



11. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

12. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 20 pixels.
Selections>Invert.

13. Effects>Plugins>Tramages - Pool Shadow, default settings.



14. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
Weave color #0b5797 - gap color #ffffff.



15. Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Buttonize - color #ffffff.



Selections>Select None.

16. Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



18. Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Brightness and Contrast



19. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Layers>Arrange>Send to Bottom.

Selections>Select All.

20. Activate again the image paper 006 by Elfairy and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

Selections>Select None.

21. Open the tube Miz_Coastal (17) and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom left.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 60%.



22. Open the tube 004ef element by Elfairy and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

23. Effects>Plugins>VM Distortion - Center Mirror



24. Activate the top layer.

25. Open the tube Tocha24694 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 1 time to 80% and 1 time to 90%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube at the bottom right.

26. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



27. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow.
Select the preset preset_mermaid_nines and ok.



28. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

29. Image>Add borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, color #02224d.

30. Image>Resize, to 95%, resize all layers checked.

31. Sign your work and save as jpg.
