This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 700 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to white #ffffff.
Flood Fill the transparent image with color white.

3. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 50 pixels.

4. Set your foreground color to #c3f2f8
and your background color to #0196c0.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your Gradient.

5. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Cloud



Selections>Select None.

6. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



7. Open the tube hierba jardin and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

8. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



9. Open the tube arbol and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

10. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



11. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



12. Open the tube hierba jardin2 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

13. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



14. Open the tube Belscrap_Alice_Doll 8 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Move the tube to the left side.

15. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



16. Open the tube CAL-2877-072218, erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

17. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black



18. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



19. Open the tube 0_aa83f_aff9079_L and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube down, as below



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.



21. Open mariposas_azules_lbs and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

22. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



23. Close the white bottom layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

24. Open again the bottom layer and stay on the top layer.
25. Open Belscrap_Alice_El54b and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the top right corner



Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

26. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
Image>Mirror.



27. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

28. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #1a2d3f.

29. Image>Resize, to 90%, resize all layers checked.

30. Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, color #19a1c7.
Image>Add borders, 30 pixels, symmetric, color #1a2d3f.

31. Open snseaster and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the bottom right, see my example.

32. Sign your work.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
