This tutorial was translated with PSPX3 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here

Copy the Selection in the Selection Folder.

1. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to #0c4aac,
set your background color to #d4d5da.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.

3. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk
Look for and load the selection sel_68.nines.



4. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Cloud.



Keep selected.

5. Open the tube Xmas scenery Lana - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Place the tube in the middle of the selection.



6. Selections>Invert.
Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

7. Open the tube TubeNP 1036 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Place the tube in the upper right, see my example.



8. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Set your foreground color to Color
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color #0c4aac.

9. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 2 pixels.
Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.

10. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.

11. Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Brightness and Contrast.



12. Layers>Duplicate.

13. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, radius 30



14. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave
Gap color: background color #d4d5da



15. Image>Canvas Size - 1000 x 700 pixels.



16. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling



17. Open the tube little girl-049 - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 2 times to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

Place the tube in the lower left.



18. Open the tube MD-ThreeWiseMen - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Mirror.
Move the tube in the lower right.

19. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #2a5ba8.



20. Open the wordart_ice - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube down, in the middle, see my example.

21. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

22. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #0c4aac.
Image>Add borders, 40 pixels, symétrique, background color #d4d5da.

Activate the Magic Wand Tool
and clic on the 40 pixels bord to select it.

23. Effects>Texture Effects>Weave.
Gap Color: foreground color #0c4aac



24. Selections>Modify>Contract - 10 pixels.

Layers>New Raster Layer
Flood Fill with your foreground color #0c4aac.

25. Effecs>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.



Selections>Select None.

26. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #0c4aac.

27. Sign your work and save as jpg.
