This tutorial was translated with PSPX7 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 650 pixels.

2. Selections>Select All.

Open Belscrap_Magical_Paper Free and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Open cielo_nines and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



5. Open Sol_nines and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

6. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



7. Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Brightness and Contrast.



8. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

9. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



10. Open the tube Nube_Wolke_0001 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

11. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 10.



12. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



13. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.

14. Open the tube Jesus_Nines and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not checked.

15. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



16. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #ffffff.



17. Open the tube DBK NAV-VECT 001 and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, 1 time to 50% and 1 time to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom left.

18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



19. Open the tube nativity-002 by Lana and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Mirror.
Image>Resize, to 50%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube at the bottom right.

20. Open the text Texto-Merry Christmas_Nines and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the text up.

21. Open the tube petits elfes de la nuit and copy/paste the two layers.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Move a tube to the left side and the other to the right side.



22. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



23. Activate the bottom Layer.

Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



Selections>Promote Selection to layer.
Selections>Select None.

24. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



25. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame,
select the preset Green and Black and change width to 9.



26. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

27. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #075c00.

28. Edit>Copy.

29. Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color #ffffff.

Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the white border to select it.

30. Edit>Paste into Selection.

31. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 30.



Selections>Invert.

32. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.



Selections>Select None.

33. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame, width 15.



34. Open the tube Estrellitas_nines and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube up.

35. Open the tube BS-Ramo and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the tube at the upper right.



36. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

37. Image>Add borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color #075c00.

38. Sign your work and save as jpg.
