This tutorial was translated with PSPX9 but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

3. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 30.



4. Effects>Art Media Effects>Brush Strokes - color #505050.



5. Effects>User Defined Filter - select the preset Emboss 6 and ok.



6. Layers>Duplicate.

7. Effects>Plugins>VM Toolbox - Grid



8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.



9. Selection Tool
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection
and set the following settings.



10. Layers>New Raster Layer.

Edit>Paste into Selection - the image KamilTube-4171 BG is still in memory.

11. Selections>Modify>Select Selection Folder.



12. Set your foreground color to #d6bba6.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your foreground color.

13. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel - color #ffffff.



Selections>Select None.

14. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Geometric Effects>Skew.



15. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal (Image>Mirror).

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

16. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.

23. Open the text Texto_Paz en el Mundo_nines

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Move the text up.

24. Sign your work.
Add the author and translator's watermarks.

25. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

26. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #d6bba6.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #2e415a.
Image>Add borders, 50 pixels, symmetric, color #3e5775.

27. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame.



Repeat Foto Frame same settings.

28. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #8b5c5e.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, color #677371.

Save as jpg.
