This tutorial was written with Psp2022 and translated with Psp2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Filters Simple can be used alone or imported into Filters Unlimited.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here

1. Choose 2 colors for your work.
Set your foreground color to #31593e,
and your background color to #72a272.

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.

2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 35

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - Diamonds

4. Effects>Plugins>Carolaine & Sensibility - CS_Texture.

5. Again Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - Diamonds.

6. Effects>Plugins>Carolaine & Sensibility - CS-LDots

Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Vibrancy

7. Activate your Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.

Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.
8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.

Activate your Selection Tool , Rectangle,
select the half left part of your work, as below

Press CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
9. Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.

10. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling

11. Objects>Align>Right.
Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Texture Effects>Mosaic - Antique.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
12. Activate your top layer, Promoted Selection.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
13. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
14. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Open the misted Paisagem_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary, for the supplied tube to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
15. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Plugin>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling

Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror, default settings.

Activate your Magic Wand Tool , tolerance 0, feather 50,
and click in the transparent part to select it.
Press 10 times CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
don't forget to set again the feather of your Magic Wand Tool to 0
Your tag and the layers

16. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #31593e.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, background color #72a272.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #31593e.
17. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 15 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
Flood Fill the selection with your Linear Gradient.

Selections>Select None.
18. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #31593e.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, background color #72a272.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #31593e.
19. Selections>Select All.
Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
20. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Simple - Half Wrap.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 35.

Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise

Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

Selections>Select None.
21. Open Decor_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to yhour work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 128,00 - Position Y: 13,00.

22. Open your main tube TubePrincipal_byRobertaMaver 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste a new Layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary, for the supplied tube to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the left side.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow Shadow, at your choice.
23. Open Titulo_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Place the text to your liking.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, foreground color #31593e.

24. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, foreground color #31593e.
25. Resize, if you want.
Sign your work and save as jpg.
