This tutorial was written with Psp2022 and translated with Psp2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Filters VM Instant Art and Distort can be used alone or imported into Filters Unlimited.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here

1. Choose 2 colors for your work.
Set your foreground color to #facdbc,
and your background color to #7c000b.

color 3: #ffffff
Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Sunburst.

2. Open AlphaChannel_byRobertaMaver
This image, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selections saved to alpha channel.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.

4. Layers>Duplicate.
Close this layer - Copy of Raster 1.
5. Activate the layer below, Raster 1.
Effects>Plugins>L&K's - L&k's Katharina.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
6. Open and activate the layer above Copy of Raster 1.
Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<BKg Designer sf10II> - Diamonds.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Designer sf10II> - Flutter.

7. Layer>Properties>General>Blend Mode: Hard Light - Opacity: 100%
Edit>Copy Special>Copy Merged.
Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Close the layer Raster 2.
8. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1.
Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection From Alpha Channel.
The selection Selection #1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load.

Change the settings of your Gradient, style Linear

Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient
Selections>Select None.
9. Effects>Plugins>VM Istant Art - Origami Folder.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection From Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection Selection #3

Press CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
10. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Pole Transform.

Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers not checked.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 751,00 - Position Y: -97,00.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
11. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 70%, resize all layers ot checked.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 571,00 - Position Y: -51,00.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down - 2 times.

Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
12. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 3.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 329,00 - Position Y: -90,00.

Close the 2 bottom layers Copy of Raster 1 and Raster 1
Layers>Merge>Merge Visibile.
Open again the 2 bottom layers Copy of Raster 1 and Raster 1.

13. Stay on the layer Merged.
Layers>Duplicate.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25

14. Effects>Plugins>Carolaine and Sensibility - CS-LDots.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down.
15. Activate the layer Merged.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

Layer>Properties>General>Blend Mode: Hard Ligth - Opacity: 100%
16. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1.

Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection From Alpha Channel.
Open the selections menu and load the selection Selection #2

Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.
Selections>Select None.
17. Layers>Duplicate.
Effects>Plugins>Distort - Wave

Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
18. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color #000000.

19. Layers>Duplicate.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 25.

Layer>Properties>General>Blend Mode: Dissolve - Opacity: 100%
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

20. Open and activate the layer Raster 2.
Effects>Plugin>Mura's Meister - Perspective Tiling.

Activate your magic Wand Tool tolerance 0, feather 50
and click in the transparent part to select it

Press 10 times CANC on the keyboard 
Selections>Select None.
don't forget to set again the feather to 0
21. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1.

Open the misted TubePaisagem_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Place the tube in the center.
22. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #7c000b.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #fbcdbd.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #7c000b.
Image>Add Borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #7c000b.
Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #fbcdbd.
Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #7c000b.
Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, color white #ffffff.
Image>Resize, 1000 pixels width, resize all layers checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
23. Open Decor01_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 60,00 - Position Y: 84,00.

Layer>Properties>General>Blend Mode: Soft light - Opacity: 100%
24. Open Decor02_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 109,00 - Position Y: 332,00.

25. Open your main tube Tube88_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste a new Layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary, for the supplied tube to 60%.
Move the tube a little to the right.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.
26. Open your Deco tube AI VISION-TULIP TRIO 02 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary - for the provided tube to 30%.
Move the tube to the left.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow of effect to your liking.
27. Open Decor03_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 76,00 - Position Y: 17,00.

28. Open Titulo_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste a New Layer.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 584,00 - Position Y: 683,00.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, background color #7b000c.

29. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel,symmetric, background color #7b000c.
Image>Resize, if you want.
Sign your work and save as jpg.
