This tutorial was written with Psp2022 and translated with Psp2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Filters Graphics Plus can be used alone or imported into Filters Unlimited.

If a plugin supplied appears with this icon it must necessarily be imported into Unlimited

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.
In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.
The Gradient of CorelX here

1. Choose 2 colors for your work.
Set your foreground color to #92160c,
and your background color to #f5ead4.

Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.

2. Open a new transparent image 900 x 550 pixels.
Flood Fill the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tile.

4. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave

5. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Activate your Selection Tool 
(no matter the type of selection, because with the custom selection your always get a rectangle)
clic on the Custom Selection 
and set the following settings.

Selections>Promote Selection to Layer.
Selections>Select None.
6. Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - &<Bkg Designer sf10I> - BlindsVertical

Layers>Properties>General>Blend Mode: Hard Light - Opacity: 50%

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000.

7. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings

Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000.

8. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Open Decor01_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Properties>General>Blend Mode: Overlay - Opacity: 100%

9. Activate your top layer, Promoted Selection.
Open Decor02_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Layers>Properties>General>Blend Mode: Overlay - Opacity: 75%
10. Open your misted Mistdflor_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Place the tube in the center

11. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color #f5ead4.
Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #92160c.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color #f5ead4.
Image>Add Borders, 5 pixels, symmetric, foreground color #92160c.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color #f5ead4.
Selections>Select All.
12. Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
Flood Fill the selection with your Gradient.

13. Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow.

Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000.

Selections>Select None.
14. Open your main tube TubePrincipal_byRobertaMaver 
Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste a new Layer.
Image>Resize, if necessary - for the provided tube to 60%, resize all layers not checked.
Move the tube to the right side.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, at your choice.
15. Open Decor03_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Pick Tool 
Position X: 120,00 - Position Y: 190,00.

16. Open Titulo_byRobertaMaver 
Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as New Layer.
Move the text to your liking.
Flood Fill or colorize it with your background color #f5ead4
17. Effects>3D Effects>Inner Bevel.

18. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black #000000

19. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color #f5ead4.
20. Image>Resize, if you want.
Sign your work and save as jpg.
