This tutorial was created with PSPX5 and translated with Corel X3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes and opacity of the layer, according to your colors.
Copy the preset EmbossSuiza3 in the Presets Folder.
Copy the Masks in the Masks Folder.
1. Set your foreground color to #06030c,
and your background color to #dbd6d3.
2. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 750 pixels,
Flood Fill  with your foreground color #06030c.
3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color #dbd6d3.
4. Layers>Load/Save Masque>Load Masque from Disk.
Look for and load the mask MASKSUIZA-0100.jpg.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
5. Effects>User Defined Effects - select the preset EmbosSuiza3 and ok.
6. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Nature - Snow Drift.
6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color #dbd6d3.
7. Layers>Load/Save Masque>Load Masque from Disk.
Look for and load the mask Astrid Masker 43.PspMask.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
8. K key on the keyboard to activate the Pick Tool 
mode Scale 
pull the top central node down to 600 pixels.
9. Layers>Load/Save Masque>Load Masque from Disk.
Look for and load the mask !!!!.mask.ket-fadesuave-1.jpg
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
10. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Nature - Snow Drift same settings.
11. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your background color #dbd6d3.
12. Layers>Load/Save Masque>Load Masque from Disk.
Look for and load the mask MASKSUIZA-0082.jpg.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
13. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow.
14. Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Fill Light/Clarity.
you don't find this effect before the version X14.
If you want, you can apply, according to your version of PSP:
Brightness and Contrast/Clarify (until Corel X2),
our Brightness and Contrast>Local Tone Mapping (Corel X3).
15. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Nature - Snow Drift.
16. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
17. Open DecoSuizaCadeaux and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
18. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow.
19. Open SuizaBellaNoel_Ref_AG-00527.psp and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Mirror.
Image Resize, to 55%, resize all layers not checked.
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
20. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow.
21. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
22. Effects>Plugins>Nik Software - Color Efex Pro
23. Sign your work on a new layer.
24. Animation.
Selections>Select All.
Layers>Duplicate - 2 times and you'll have 3 equal layers.
Keep the second copy layer selected.
25. Effects>Plugins>VanDerLee - Snowflakes 1.02.
if you are using the previous version (the result don't change):
Effects>Plugins>VDL Adrenaline - Snowflakes.
 
26. Activate the layer below of the first copy.
Repeat Effects>Plugins>VanDerLee - Snowflakes 1.02, Random Seed to 50 and ok.
27. Attiva the layer di sfondo.
Repeat Effects>Plugins>VanDerLee - Snowflakes 1.02, Random Seed to 70 and ok.
28. Selections>Select None.
Save as Animation Shop (*psp)
29.Open Animation Shop and the image that you have just saved.
And you'll get an animation composed by 3 frames, properties 10
Keep the frame delay to 10, check the result clicking on Visualize 
and save as gif.
