This tutorial was created with PSPX5 and translated with Corel X3, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes and opacity of the layer, according to your colors.
Copy the preset Emboss 3 in the Presets Folder.
Copy the Gradient in the Gradients Folder.
Copy the Selection in the Selections Folder.
Copy the Mask in the Masks Folder.
1. Set your foreground color to #bfc1cd,
and your background color to #2a3050.
Set your foreground color to Gradient and select the gradient SuiGrad016, style Linear.
if you use other colors, also the gradient will change color
2. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 750 pixels.
Flood Fill  the transparent image with your Gradient.
3. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.
4. Open the tube sneeuw achtergrond.pspimage - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
5. Adjust>Blur>Motion Blur.
Edit>Repeat Motion Blur.
6. Objects>Align>Top
If your are working with a previous version of PSP that has not available the menu Objects,
use the Move Tool  to move the tube
7. Edit>Paste as new layer (the landscape is still in memory).
Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
Layers>Merge>Merge down.
8. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize.
9. Open Gradiente2merrychristmas.jpg - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
10. Layers>Load/Save Mask>Load Mask from Disk.
Look for and load the mask Mask-Geo-Zen_34.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
11. Effects>Plugins>Nik Software - Color Efex Pro.
12. Effects>User Defined Effect - select the preset Emboss 3 and ok.
13. Open the tube Pink_Poinsetta(deco) - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
14. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
15. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorise, same settings.
16. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow.
17. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Backlight.
18. Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.
19. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror.
Layers>Merge>Merge down.
20. Open the tube by Azalee 487, - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Mirror.
21. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
Don't forget to erase the watermark.
22. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow, same settings.
23. Open DecoWordSuiMerryChristmas.png - Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the tube in the lower right.
24. Sign your work.
25. Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jpg.
26. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection selecciónsuizamerrychristmas5.
Result
27. Layers>Duplicate - 2 times and you'll have 3 layers.
28. Keep selected the layer of the second copy.
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation.
29. Activate the layer below of the first copy.
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation, Random Seed 7023  and ok.
30. Activate the layer below of the original.
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation, Random Seed 3073  and ok.
if you prefer, you can simply click on Random Seed and ok
Selections>Select None.
31. Save your work as PSP Animation
32. Open Animation Shop.
Open the image you have saved and you'll have an animation composed by 3 frames, frame delay 10.
33. Keep the Frame delay to 10.
Check your result clicking on Visualize  and save as gif.
