This tutorial was created with PSPX5 and translated with Corel17, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

Animation Shop
You can change Blend Modes and opacity of the layer, according to your colors.
Copy the preset Emboss 4 in the Presets Folder.
Copy the Gradient in the Gradients Folder.
Copy the Selection in the Selections Folder.
Copy the Mask in the Masks Folder
1. Set your foreground color to #8198ba,
and your background color to white #ffffff.
2. Set your foreground color to Gradient and select the gradient SuiGrad044, style Linear.
if you use other colors, also the gradient will change color
3. Open a new transparent image 1000 x 750 pixels.
Flood Fill  the transparent image with your Gradient.
4. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
5. Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective Horizontal.
6. Repeat Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective Horizontal -97.
7. Effects>Distortion Effects>Wave.
8. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.
9. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow.
10. Effects>Geometric Effects>Perspective Horizontal.
11. Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Nature - Snow Drift.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 75%.
12. Objects>Align>Top.
If you are working with a previous version that has not available the menu Objects,
use the Move Tool  the image at the top.
13. Layers>Duplicate.
Objects>Align>Bottom
or move the image at the bottom.
14. Image>Mirror.
15. Activate the layer Copy of Raster 1.
Open the tube KaraT6874 (decotutorial).psp and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
16. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Luminance.
17. Activate the layer Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Flip.
18. Layers>Load/Save Masque>Load Mask from Disk.
Look for and load the mask masque_221_franiemargot.jpg.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.
19. Effects>User Defined Effects - select the preset Emboss 4 and ok.
20. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
21. Open the tube kjb_reina_redpoinsettia-horizontal.png and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
22. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
23. Adjust>Hue and Saturation>Colorize
24. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Resize, to 40%, resize all layers not checked.
Image>Mirror.
25. Effects>Image Effects>Offset.
26. Layers>Merge>Merge down.
27. Effets>Modules Externes>Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 Impact - Perspective Shadow.
28. Effects>User Defined Effects - Emboss 4.
29. Effects>Plugins>Eye Candy 4000 - Corona.
30. Layers>Merge>Merge visible.
31. Effects>Plugins>Nik Software - Color Efex Pro - Low Key.
32. Open the tube Decowordsuiazapoisettiablue.png and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Move the wordart at the upper right.
33. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All and save as jp.
Second Part
34. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection seleccionsuizamerrychristmas13.PspSelection
Result
36. Layers>Duplicate - 2 times and you'll have 3 layers.
37. Keep selected the second copy layer.
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation.
38. Activate the layer below of the first copy.
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - Random Seed 9353  and ok.
39. Activate the layer below of the original.
Effects>Plugins>Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation - Random Seed 6006  and ok.
if you prefer, you can simply click on Random Seed and ok
40. Selections>Select None.
41. Save your work as PSP Animation Shop (psp)
42. Open Animation Shop.
Open the work you saved before and you'll have an animation composed by 3 frames.
43. Edit>Select All.
31. Animation>Frame Properties and set Display Time to 15.
32. Check the result clicking on Visualize 
and save as gif.
