This tutorial was written with CorelX19 and translated with CorelX17, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

In the newest versions of PSP, you don't find the foreground/background gradient (Corel_06_029).
You can use the gradients of the older versions.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Set your foreground color to #708d33,
and your background color to #e4a02f.



Set your foreground color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Rectangular.



Set your background color to a Foreground/Background Gradient, style Linear.



1. Open Canal Alpha_Ventana al otoño.
Window>Duplicate or, on the keyboard, shift+D to make a copy.



Close the original.
The copy, that will be the basis of your work, is not empty,
but contains the selections saved on the alpha channel.

Flood Fill the transparent image with your Foreground Gradient.

2. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Selections>Select All.

Open the landscape misted and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

3. Layers>Duplicate.
Close this layer and activate the layer below of the original.

Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur, radius 15.



4. Activate the bottom layer, Raster 1.

Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Move Up.

Effects>Plugins>VM Instant Art - Steel Mesh.



adapt the settings Red, Green and Blue to the colors of your work.

Image>Mirror.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Filter Factory Gallery B - Circulator 2, default settings.



Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Multiply, or Soft Light,
and reduce the opacity +/- 82%.

5. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill with your Linear background Gradient.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask VSP196.



Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

6. Stay on this layer.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
The selection #1 is immediately available. You just have to click Load.



Press CANC on the keyboard
Selections>Select None.

Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Hard Light.
Stay always on this layer.

7. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the Selections menu and load the selection #2.



Press CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.

8. Activate again your bottom layer, Raster 1.
Layers>Duplicate.
Layers>Arrange>Move Up - 3 times.

Effects>Plugins>Filters Unlimited 2.0 - Render - Button Maker Round.



9. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the Selections menu and load the selection #3.



Edit>Paste into Selection (the misted of the landscape is still in memory).
Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

Image>Resize, to 60%, resize all layers not checked.

Effects>Image Effects>Offset.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



10. Open and activate the top layer.

Image>Mirror.

Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Alpha Channel.
Open the Selections menu and load again the selection #3.



Selections>Modify>Contract - 35 pixels.
Selections>Invert.
Selections>Modify>Feather - 45 pixels.

Press 1-2 times CANC on the keyboard.
Selections>Select None.

Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.
Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

11. Open your main tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Resize, if necessary.
Move the tube to the right side.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

12. Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.

Selections>Select All.
Image>Add borders, 20 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.

Selections>Invert.
Flood Fill with your background Gradient.

Effects>Plugins>Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow, default settings.



Selections>Select None.

Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.

Edit>Copy.

Image>Add borders, 10 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.

Selections>Select All.
Image>Add borders, 20 pxiels, symmetric, whatever color.
Selections>Invert.
Edit>Paste into Selection.

Selections>Invert.
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

13. Image>Resize, 1000 pixels width, resize all layers checked.

Sign your work on a new layer.

14. If you want, add a deco, or use the supplied deco.
You can change the color, according to the colors of your work,
for example with the Plugin Nik Software.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice; for me:



15. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Optional: Effects>Plugins>AAA Filters - Custom, click on Landscape and ok.

Save as jpg.
