This tutorial was translated with PSP09, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.

Open the mask in PSP and minimize it with the rest of the material.

Set your foreground color to white #ffffff,

1. Open a new transparent image 950 x 600 pixels.

Selections>Select All.

Open the jpg image femmefleurs

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.
Selections>Select None.

2. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 50.



Effects>Reflection Effects>Rotating Mirror.



Again Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 50.



3. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



4. Layers>Duplicate.

Effects>Plugins>Mehdi - Sorting Tiles.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.

Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Overlay.



5. Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise.



Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

6. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with your white foreground color.

Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask NarahsMasks_1794



Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Brightness and Contrast.



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

7. Layers>Duplicate.

Move the tube at the upper right;

12. Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



13. Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, background color (or at your choice)



Objects>Align>Vertical Center
or Position X: 726,00 - Position Y: 31,00.



14. Open WordArt_Flowersspeaks

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Negative Image (optional - I changed color in my second version)

Move the text at the upper left.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, background color (or at your choice)



15. Open the tube fleur126-coly

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.
Image>Mirror>Mirror Horizontal.
Image>Resize, to 42%, resize all layers not checked.
Adjust>Sharpness>Sharpen.
Move the tube at the bottom left.



Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, background color (or at your choice)



16. Activate the layer Raster 1.



Edit>Copy

17. Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, background color.

Selections>Select All.

18. Image>Add Borders, 40 pixels, symmetric, whatever color.

Selections>Invert.

Edit>Paste into Selection

19. Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 50



Adjust>Brightness and Contrast>Brightness and Contrast, last settings.



20. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame



21. Selections>Invert.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop shadow, color black.



Selections>Select None.

22. Sign your work on a new layer.
Layers>Merge>Merge All.

Image>Resize, 950 pixels width.

Save as jpg.
