This tutorial, created with PSP2020, was translated with PSPX8, PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.

1. Open a new transparent image 650 x 500 pixels.

Set your foreground color to the light color #b5e0c4
and your background color to the dark color #1f6272.



Flood Fill the transparent image foreground color.

53. Sign your work on a new layer.

54. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, simmetriche, background color.

55. Image>Resize, 800 pixels width, resize all layers checked.
