This tutorial, created with PSP2020, was translated with PSPX8, PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.

Copy the selection in the Selections Folder.

Open the masks in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 650 x 500 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color with the light color #dbe9f4
and your background color with the dark color #020107



Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color.

3. Selections>Select All.
Selections>Modify>Contract - 150 pixels.

Flood Fill the selection with your background color.

Selections>Select None.

4. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling.



5. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur.



6. Layers>Duplicate.
Image>Mirror>Mirror horizontal.
Reduce the opacity of this layer to 50%.
Layers>Merge>Merge Down.

7. Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling, default settings.



8. Selections>Load/Save Selection>Load Selection from Disk.
Look for and load the selection kira-1-cre@nnie.



9. Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates



If you don't get the result as in the image with X,



go back: Edit>Undo Polar Coordinates.

Repeat Effects>Distortion Effects>Polar Coordinates, default settings
(don't worry for the result)

Erase the watermark and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

46. K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 355,00 - Position Y: 29,00.



47. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, same settings.

48. Open the tube tekst-kira

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position X: 132,00 - Position Y: 481,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

49. Image>Add Borders, 3 pixels, symmetric, background color.
Image>Add Borders, 2 pixels, symmetric, foreground color.

50. Selections>Select All.
