This tutorial, created with PSP2020, was translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.

1. Open a new transparent image 650 x 500 pixels.

and your background color with the dark color #878193.



Flood Fill the transparent image with your foreground color.

3. Layers>New Raster layer.

Image>Resize, to 85%, resize all layers not checked.

43. K key to activate your Pick Tool
Position X: 408,00 - Position Y: 26,00.



44. Layers>Duplicate.

Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur - radius 50.



45. Change the Blend Mode of this layer to Difference and reduce the opacity to 50%.

Layers>Arrange>Move Down.

46. Activate your top layer.

Open the tube tekst-winter25

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Position X: 62,00 - Position Y: 580,00.



M key to deselect the Tool.

47. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



48. Sign your work on a new layer.

49. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, background color.

50. Image>Resize, 800 pixels width, resize all layers checked.
