This tutorial was written with PSP2020 and translated with PSPX9 and PSP2020, but it can also be made using other versions of PSP.
Since version PSP X4, Image>Mirror was replaced with Image>Flip Horizontal,
and Image>Flip with Image>Flip Vertical, there are some variables.
In versions X5 and X6, the functions have been improved by making available the Objects menu.
In the latest version X7 command Image>Mirror and Image>Flip returned, but with new differences.

You can change Blend Modes according to your colors.



Open the masks in PSP and minimize them with the rest of the material.

1. Open a new transparent image 900 x 600 pixels.

2. Set your foreground color to black (or with a color from your material),
and your background color to white #ffffff.



Flood Fill the transparent image with color black.

3. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

4. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window and you'll see all the files open.
Select the mask Mask Decoupage-byElaineA



Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

5. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

6. Effects>Plugins>VM Toolbox - Blast, default settings.



Repeat this Effect another time.

7. Open Template Tutorial 07

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

8. Activate your Magic Wand Tool
and click in the two white zone to select them.



Press CANC on the keyboard

9. Open the decoupage paper IA by ElaineA, for the example

Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste into Selection.

You can use your own card, but one like the one shown in this tutorial is preferable.

Selections>Select None.

10. Effects>Plugins>Xero - Greyscaler, default settings.



11. Layers>Duplicate.
Activate the layer below of the original.

Effects>Plugins>Mura's Meister - Copies.



12. Activate again your top layer.
Image>Resize, to 80%, resize all layers not checked.

13. Layers>New Raster Layer.
Flood Fill the layer with color white.

14. Layers>New Mask layer>From image
Open the menu under the source window
and select the mask Mask Tutorial 07-by ElaineA



15. Effects>Edge Effects>Enhance More.
Layers>Merge>Merge Group.

16. Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, color black.



17. Layers>Merge>Merge All.

18. Effects>Plugins>AAA Frames - Foto Frame, default settings.



19. Open your tube and go to Edit>Copy.
Go back to your work and go to Edit>Paste as new layer.

Image>Resize, if necessary, resize all layers not checked.
Position correctly the tube.

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, at your choice.

20. Image>Add Borders, 1 pixel, symmetric, color black.

21. Sign your work and save as jpg.
